PracticeRated is an independent publication that researches and rates marketing and AI tools for health and wellness practices. Our goal is to answer one question for busy clinic owners: which tools will actually help my practice grow, safely?

How we work
- Vendor-sourced, dated facts. Prices and HIPAA/BAA details come from each vendor's own website or legal pages, with the date we checked. If we can't verify something, we say "unknown."
- A published rubric. Every tool is scored out of 100: ROI evidence 30%, HIPAA/BAA 25%, ease of use 20%, cost 15%, support 10%. See the rubric.
- Provisional until tested. Today's scores are based on published information, not hands-on testing, and every score is labeled as provisional.
- HIPAA first. Tools that would handle patient data without a BAA are capped at 2/5 on HIPAA.
- Built by clinicians. PracticeRated was started by a practicing chiropractor for fellow clinic owners.
How we make money
Some links may become affiliate links, we may sell guides, and we may run clearly labeled sponsorships. None of it affects scores. Read our disclosure.
Corrections
Vendors change prices and terms often. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we'll re-check it against the vendor's source and update the page date.
