PracticeRated (practicerated.com) is operated by Clocktower Chiropractic, Inc. dba PracticeRated ("we", "us"). This page explains what information is collected when you use this site and how you can control it. Questions: hello@practicerated.com.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, which we use to send the Clinic Growth Brief. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email and purchase details from Stripe, but we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Emails you send us: messages to our addresses are forwarded by ImprovMX to our inbox.
• Usage data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider; page views collected by Vercel Web Analytics (a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool on our host); and, when enabled, data collected by the Meta Pixel (below).

We do not collect patient or health information, and this site is not intended for patients' medical use.

Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It runs on our hosting provider and is designed not to use cookies or collect personal information for advertising. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use, or may use, the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, to measure visits and the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. The Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies. Meta may receive information such as your IP address, browser details, pages viewed and actions like starting a checkout, and uses it under its own Privacy Policy.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your choices

• Manage how Meta uses your information for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's tracking-protection features.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any email.
• To ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we delete it, email hello@practicerated.com.
