How to Use AI for Chiropractic Social Media (2026): A Step-by-Step Content Workflow
Reviewed by Dr. Ryan Goss, DC
Quick answer
Plan four weekly themes from the questions new patients ask, have AI draft the posts, turn them into graphics and short clips, schedule everything (including Google Business Profile) in one tool, and have a doctor approve each post. Apaya drafts and publishes a month of posts from your website, Buffer schedules with a free plan and AI Assistant, OpusClip cuts short clips from longer videos, and Repostit reposts TikTok videos to other apps. Keep patient details out of every tool.
Most clinics know they should post more. The hard part is finding the time. AI tools now handle most of the writing, design and scheduling, so one person can run a month of posts in about an hour a week. Here's the workflow, step by step, with copy-paste prompts and the tools listed on PracticeRated for each step.
How we built this guide: every vendor fact and price comes from the vendor's or Google's own page, linked inline and checked November 3, 2026. We have not tested these tools hands-on, so none are scored here. Confirm prices before you buy.

Step 1: Set your ground rules before AI writes anything
- Keep patient details out. No patient names, photos, stories or health details in posts or in AI prompts unless you have the patient's written permission. Our marketing guardrails guide covers testimonials, reviews and social in plain English.
- A doctor approves every health statement. AI tools write confidently. Read each post before it goes out and cut anything that promises a result.
- Check your state board's advertising rules once, and paste the key points into your prompts as rules the AI must follow.
- Pick one link for every post: your online scheduling page or New Patients page, so posts turn into scheduled appointments.
Step 2: Plan a month of themes in 10 minutes
The best post ideas are the questions your front desk already answers every week. Pick four, one per week, and let AI build the calendar around them.

I run [clinic name], a chiropractic clinic in [city, state]. Our front desk hears these questions most: [paste 4 to 8 questions]. Build a 4-week social media calendar with 3 posts a week. For each post give: the day, the platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile), a one-line idea, and the format (photo, graphic, short video or text). Mix education, behind-the-scenes and community posts. No medical claims, no patient stories.
Step 3: Draft the posts with AI
You can draft in any AI assistant, or use a social tool that writes and schedules in one place.
- Done-in-one: Apaya says it analyzes your website for your voice, services, logo and colors, then creates 30 days of posts with captions and branded graphics for you to approve, edit or skip. Source: Apaya (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- Draft where you schedule: Buffer includes an AI Assistant on every plan, including Free, to refine and repurpose posts. Source: Buffer pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- Copy-first: Jasper is an AI copywriting tool on our list. Paste the drafts into whatever scheduler you use.

Write 3 versions of a Facebook and Instagram post for [clinic name] in [city] on this topic: [topic from your calendar]. Under 120 words each, warm and plain English, one emoji at most, end with an invitation to schedule an appointment at [scheduling link]. Rules: no promises of results, no disease claims, no patient details. Also give me a 1-sentence Google Business Profile version.
Step 4: Turn drafts into graphics
- Use your own photos. Real photos of your team, front desk and treatment rooms beat stock images. Take 20 in one afternoon and reuse them all month.
- Canva is on our list for social graphics. Make one branded template per post type (tip, team intro, office update) and swap the text each week.
- Connect it to your scheduler. Buffer lists a Canva integration that imports designs directly. Apaya says it makes graphics from your photos and brand assets. Sources: Buffer (checked Nov 3, 2026); Apaya (checked Nov 3, 2026).
Step 5: Turn one video into a week of posts
Record one 60 to 90 second answer to a common new-patient question (what happens at the first visit, what to wear, how long a visit takes). Then let AI do the cutting and reposting.
- Clip it: OpusClip picks highlight moments from a longer video, adds captions automatically and resizes video for each platform. It has a free-forever plan with 60 credits a month. Source: OpusClip (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- Repost it: if you post on TikTok first, Repostit can send each new video to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, LinkedIn and Pinterest without the TikTok watermark, sized for each app and with your caption. Keep a route on Manual to check posts before they go out. Source: Repostit (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- Write it up: paste the transcript into an AI assistant and ask for a Google Business Profile post, a Facebook caption and a short FAQ answer for your website.
Template: copy and paste, then replace the [highlighted] fill-ins
Here is the transcript of a 60-second video from our chiropractic clinic: [paste transcript]. Turn it into: (1) a 2-sentence Google Business Profile update, (2) a Facebook caption under 100 words, (3) 3 short on-screen text hooks for the video, and (4) a 3-sentence FAQ answer for our website. Plain English, no promises of results, end each with an invitation to schedule an appointment.
Step 6: Schedule everything, including Google Business Profile
- Google Business Profile posts: Google lets you post Updates, Offers and Events, add a button with a link, schedule posts ahead and set them to repeat. Posts older than 6 months are archived unless you set a date range. Google also says posts with a phone number may be rejected if the number can't be verified as connected to the business, and that businesses in regulated categories, which include health and medical devices, should not include content about those products in posts. Source: Google Business Profile Help (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- One scheduler for everything: Buffer publishes automatically to Facebook pages, Instagram business accounts, LinkedIn, Google Business Profiles and more. The Free plan covers 10 scheduled posts per channel; Essentials is $5/mo per channel billed yearly; Team ($10/mo per channel) adds approval workflows so a doctor can sign off before posts go live. Source: Buffer pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- Or let one tool post for you: Apaya publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, and you choose review-first or automatic publishing for each campaign. Source: Apaya (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- Point every post at the same place: a fast website with a clear schedule button. If yours needs work, see how to build a chiropractic website with AI.
Step 7: Reply to comments and reviews without confirming anyone is a patient
- Comments: Buffer lets you reply to comments on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube and more, with AI reply suggestions (5 a week on Free, unlimited on paid plans). Source: Buffer pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- Google reviews: StellaRep scans your Google reviews, finds unanswered ones, flags risky reply language and drafts replies that acknowledge feedback without confirming or referencing health information. It offers a free audit with 5 replies. Source: StellaRep (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- Your rule of thumb: thank people, invite them to call the office, and never mention a condition, treatment or visit in a public reply.
Template: copy and paste, then replace the [highlighted] fill-ins
Write a short, friendly public reply to this Google review of our chiropractic clinic: [paste review]. Do not confirm the person is a patient, do not mention any condition, treatment or visit, and do not argue. Thank them and, if the review is negative, invite them to call the office at their convenience.
Step 8: Check results monthly and keep what works
- Look at the numbers once a month. Buffer's Insights are included on every plan (30-day history on Free). Paid plans add custom UTM parameters, so you can see social visits in your website analytics. Source: Buffer pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026).
- Ask every new patient how they found you and note it in your EHR or intake form. That's the number that matters: scheduled appointments, not likes.
- Make sure calls get answered. Posts that work make the phone ring. If calls go to voicemail, see AI Receptionist & Missed Call tools.
- Bring back past patients too. The same AI drafting works for reactivation texts and emails. See Reactivation & CRM and the best patient reactivation tools.
